I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Counseling with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from California State University, Northridge.

I provide individual, couples and family psychotherapy. I work with people from diverse ethnic and religious backgrounds. My areas of specialty are grief/loss, trauma, depression, stress, anxiety, as well as any relationship issues that may be caused by these situations.

My treatment approach is a blend of psychodynamic and cognitive interventions, working collaboratively with you to provide relief from trauma related anxiety and depression. An integral part of my work includes using Solution Focused approach and strength-based techniques to assist clients to work on their self-esteem, identify their strengths, values and coping skills to empower them to deal with current life challenging issues. I believe in taking a holistic approach and focusing on the mind body connection as I help you work through your past and present life struggles.

My experience also includes working with families who have children diagnosed with Autism and other related disorders.

I joined Growing Minds in 2018 and see clients in our Camarillo office.
