As a therapist, I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Gestalt Therapy to help adults of all ages on becoming more aware of how you make meaning of the world around you and its impact on how you think, feel, and behave through a lens of curiosity and self-compassion. I focus on personal empowerment, strengths, support systems, and affirmation of one’s sense of identity. I am passionate about working with individuals struggling with depression, generalized anxiety, social anxiety, academic distress, relationship issues, interpersonal challenges, family difficulties, intrusive thoughts, and loneliness among others.

I earned my Doctor of Psychology degree (Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology and Master of Arts (M.A.) in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University – Graduate School of Education and Psychology. I completed my pre-doctoral internship training at University of California Irvine– Counseling and Psychological services. I have provided psychotherapy to adults of all ages in settings that include community mental health, outpatient clinic, inpatient psychiatric hospital, and university psychological services. Currently, I am a Post-doctoral Psychological Associate at Growing Minds, working under the supervision of Dr. Nelly Nassar. I can offer clinical services in both English and Croatian languages.
