As a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I can help you process and connect your past to your present life experience and challenge you to make positive changes for your best future self.

I specialize in trauma work, depression, and anxiety. I'm a strong proponent of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as well as Solution-Focused Therapy. 

 

I received my Masters of Science Degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, from California State University, Long Beach. Since then, I have had the opportunity to work with several different populations in various settings. I have facilitated support groups for sexual assault survivors, as well as anger management groups. I have also facilitated parenting workshops that allowed me to educate and support parents who request assistance in navigating through the journey of parenting children and adolescents.
