Growing Minds

I am an LCSW who specializes in ADHD and high functioning ASD, creative-sensitive types, and have a wide variety of interventions and techniques. (CBT, Art Therapy, Jungian Analysis, Humanistic, Family Systems, Bibliotherapy, Spiritual Counseling). I have experience in addiction, trauma, anxiety and depression. I see individuals and couples, and love working with the “transition years: of young adults 15-25, though I have a wide array of clients of all ages.

I focus on strength-based, solution oriented positive psychology techniques in order to overcome obstacles and meet short- and long-term goals. We work together on your holistic health journey.

I like provided an upbeat, fun atmosphere all-the-while challenging, gentle pushing, and assisting the client to make the necessary changes to optimize their lives.

I joined Growing Minds in 2019 at the Camarillo office, though since 2020 am solely on telehealth.

Outside of therapy: I have been an equine professional for 40 years, a Theater Arts professional for 35 years, an adjunct professor, and an award-winning writer.
